Express Burn can’t burn photos of less than 2GB

Hello,

I use Express Burn to save my photos to DVD. I am working with photos from 2009 and along with multiple subfolders, Express Burn was able to save it. The file size was 1.8GB. This also worked with Roxcio Creator 2009.

However, when I try to save my 2010 photos, I get the error message 03 73 02 saying that I can't copy the files to the DVD. I separated the photos into subfolders of less than 2 GB but nothing happened. No matter what I do, I still get the same error. I even bought a DVD cleaner but it didn't help at all.

Do have any solution in mind? Please tell me. Thanks!

Hello,

First of all let me clear the possible reasons for the fault which you have come across. The error 03 07 02 states that the pca is full (power calibration). This error is of medium nature and no permanent damage is caused unless carelessness is repeated.

Whys this error occurs?:

1.The media being used to write is of poor quality

2.The writer is not clean or dust free

What can be done?

As you told us that earlier you used to write pictures up to 2 gb so we are clear that there is no hardware fault in means of capacity. So first of all be sure to use good/high quality discs. Secondly i need you to follow the following steps:

a.uninstall the driver for the writer

b.unplug the writer

c.clean the writer

d.check out for connection problems

e.download the latest driver for your writer

f.plug it and install

g.dont use any applications while trying to burn your images

Also don't use media which is not supported by your writer

Hopefully this will solve your problem

Good luck 🙂
