Explorer crashes when I use Windows 8

Ever since using Windows 8, whenever I use Explorer it crashes frequently. Sometimes it comes back up but not always. I'm not sure if I should use another browser but ultimately that isn't fixing the problem. Is there anything I can do to to remedy this issue? Thanks for your help.

Explorer crashes when I use Windows 8

Hello,

Internet Explorer is a browser that comes by default in Windows. Though this comes by default, it doesn’t come with much power. It is counted as a not-good browser compared to the third-party browsers like Chrome or Firefox.

Any internet browser can crash any time. Here are the fixes that can solve your problem.

1. Internet Explorer depends on many Windows Updates. Run Windows Updates from the Start menu >> type “Update” >> click “Check for updates”.

2. Restart your PC.

3. From Start menu, type “Windows features” >> click on “Turn Windows features on or off” >> uncheck Internet Explorer 11 >> click “Yes”. Then, again check Internet Explorer 11 >> click “OK”.

4. Try resetting your browser’s settings. From Internet Explorer 11, go to Tools >> Internet Options >> “Advanced” tab >> Reset Internet Explorer Settings.

Now, your Internet Explorer should be fixed.
