Hello there,

I had to reinstall Evernote because I changed my Windows from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Now I can’t import my notes from Windows 8. I have exported some notes to an USB Drive and now I can’t access them. Can anyone help me to import this notes ? What are the chances that I might lost all the notes ?

Hi Joseph,

The files coming from ever note which originated from Windows 8 operating system is not applicable in especially in windows vista. You can check the different versions of Ever note's application so that you can choose or download it depending on what kind of operating system you are using. You cannot run nor export ever note files because the version of the application is not compatible with you operating system.
