ESET smart security – Connection terminated – quarantined

Hello People,

My antivirus ESET smart security is throwing the following error, I can not understand what is going on kindly help me rectify this issue?

Hi John,

One of the causes of appearing that dialog box is a program or application installed in your system that is trying to connect to the internet without your concern. The application is trying to send the crash report of that application where your antivirus detected that it is a possibly variant or a threat like or a virus. You should understand that some antivirus treat a program like a virus. The main cause of this is the extraction of prohibited programs and has the possibilities of entering threat in the system. Once in a while you should scan your computer with an antivirus to maintain the cleanliness of your system and avoid using any illegitimate contents or programs.
