Hello there.

I was trying to register my Holdem program license when I encountered a message error,

“Error while registering with server. Retry, or if problems persists please contact customer service.” I tried retrying, but it doesn’t help.

Any ideas for a fix?

Error while registering with server

Hi Robert,

There is an alternate way to register the software. Their server might be busy and not revert like expected so you can register the software through their website instead.

Go to this site: https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php and do the below sequence of steps and keep your serial number handy:

1. Log in with your credentials
2. Click "upload license code"
3. Choose your product
4. Enter the serial that you have
5. Re launch Holdem
