Error while loading the Calendar

Sugarcrm v.6.4.4
Php 5.2.10

While I am operating as an administrator and click the module calendar in order to make an event everything is OK but when a normal user tries to do the exact same thing an error box saying

Error while loading appears then it just closes the window.

Do you know how I can solve this?

Error while loading the Calendar

Dear,

That error normally means the calendar had trouble loading a JavaSript library it depends on. This is most often caused by a conflict with another plugin on your blog. Please try disabling any other plugin with sliders of sliding controls and see if that resolves the issue.

Error while loading the Calendar

 

Hi there user:

Error of data while loading, that’s it. This occurs when calendar is loading too much. You may be having a slow internet connection, or one or more applications made your internet connection slower. Fix it my using the recent/latest version which is 1.21.3
