Error while adding a brand new tag into my document

Hello,

I am trying to add a brand new tag into my document, but I am getting an error, which you can see from the following screenshot:

Could not create new item

 

Failure
 
Could not create new item.
 
                OK  Cancel
 

Has anybody out there dealt with this issue before? I once had a v4.0 with window, and there were no problems with that, but with Ubuntu there is?

Any ideas? I am waiting for your suggestions.

Error while adding a brand new tag into my document

Hello Gregory,

Try the following and see if it will help you add the tag into your document successfully:

  • Locate the MS Office button and click on it.
  • Next choose save.
  • Locate the box that is labeled Tags and click in it.
  • Insert a Tag in there and then click save.
  • You will add the tag at a place like the one circled in reed in the image above.

Note that you can be able to add tags using windows explorer as well, but adding the tags directly in Ms Word makes the processing of the documents you are tagging way easier. So I will recommend that you use the procedure above.
