Error when using Adobe Illustrator

Hi,

I got this error message when using Adobe Illustrator, see screenshot below.  The error message didn’t say much but I tried reinstalling the software and nothing seemed to improve.  I tried searching the web but I couldn’t find a sound resolution.  I bet experts in this forum can help me.

Error when using Adobe Illustrator

Ensure that when running Adobe illustrator no other application or applications are running. To be correct this error first start with backing up of all  your personal files. Remember to restart your system always after an error occurs this helps in refreshing it's memory. If you choose not to restart your computer the systems problem could only get worsened. Make sure your system meets the minimum requirement for your software. Check your processor's speed and the amount of RAM it has, or was installed. The common solutions to this kind of problem is to log in as an administrator this can help Adobe access the necessary files you need. Ensure you install the latest softwares of Adobe which could be more compatible with the system than older versions. Verify that you are using the latest drive for the printer and PPD. Remove all third party plug-ins. Recreate party preference files this can help you avoid damaged files. All this could work to help you solve your trouble.
