I am using TMPGEnc on my Acer computer with Windows 7 installed and recently I am receiving an error message. Before, the issues it used to get resolved on installing and uninstalling the K-Lite codec pack. But nowadays it doesn’t work. The error occurs whatever we do at any point of time. It appears on the beginning of every work. And when I already completed the project in 50%, it cannot be displayed. I also get stacked on a black window. Can anyone help me out? Please.

Is it the same K-Lite codec pack that you used to install before that you are using to install now, for the setup may be corrupt and therefore responsible for that problem that you are getting. As a resolution to that problem, I will recommend that you try the following:

Go to the internet and download another setup application for the K-Lite codec pack.

Make sure that the site you download the application from is a trusted site.

Install the K-Lite codec pack and see the response of the system. See if you will not get an error this time round.

Hi,
I guess this is happened because of your codec pack. Try a different codec. This can solve the problem. I suggest you to install the latest XviD pack. It gives better quality AVI than Divx. Go to the following link to download XviD codec pack.

If not solve the problem, you recommend you to change the TMPGEnc. Have you ever tried VirtualDub. It is good capture and processing utility for Windows. You can try this software then you can accept what I said about it. Go to below link to download this software.
