Error Running Messiah Studio 5 Software

In my Window Vista PC, I am using Messiah Studio 5. Recently when I start the software I got error message shown below:

Error:

C:Program FilespmGmessiahStudio5_64Bitmessiah64LicenseUtilityms4_ClientLicenseUtility.exe

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Ok

I don’t know anything about computers so I don’t know how to handle this error. I don’t even know what sxstrace.exe is and how to configure it.

I hope anyone can guide me by sending step-by-step procedures.

Error Running Messiah Studio 5 Software

You are receiving that error possibly because the computer that you are using is missing the correct C++ runtime components for your type of system, and by type I mean whether is an x86 bit operating system you are using or it is x64 operating system being used

To resolve that issue, you will need to install the updated version of the C++ run time components. You will need to uninstall the current version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable that you are using on that computer and download the recent version and install them. You can them from the Focus support website below (For the x86 bit). You can just search the same site for the x32bit components.
