Error in opening pre-loaded games from Amazon

I tried opening pre-loaded games at around 7am Pacific Standard Time.  This was from the downloader from Amazon's Games. Every time I do this, a notification error occurs stating that an error occurred.  Is there anybody else which has a problem like mine?  I tried searching at Google but to no such luck.

Hallo Matthew_alexander,

It could be a problem with the time settings on your computer, maybe there are not set properly and therefore you might want to check and rectify that. Just click on the time identity in your task and open the time settings. From the window that will open change the time zone settings, the date and time to suit the region that you are in.

It could also be because of the strength on you internet connection. Since you are trying load an online game, it will require that your internet connection speed be fast enough so as to successfully load the game. Otherwise it may take you very long to load the game or get the error that you are getting right now.
