Error occurred when tried out the Qtracker autoInstaller

Hi,

Today, I received the following error message when I was trying to install Qtracker Autoinstaller but the installation failed. I tried to reinstall the setup to fix this problem but the error remained. The installation stopped at the end of stage and threw this following error. Can I get the resolution?

I would be grateful to you for any kind of assistance.

Installation failed!

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by the process.

Error occurred when tried out the Qtracker autoInstaller

Hi,
    this is a simple error that occurs in windows when you try to delete or update a file that is being used in some other application.

Error explains itself as the file is being used by another process.
The possible cause of this error is that the directory that you are trying to use for software installation is being used by some other application or this installation is trying to update some other running application.

The solution can be,
1. Restart your PC and do not run any other application,
2. Install the software

If the problem still persists change the directory of installation.
