Hi. I have a problem with my MS Office Professional Plus 2010. During the process of installation, I have received an error message which says:

“Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {89EDD3A9-944B-3257-8484-D6EB6A00DDF5}. HRESULT: 0x80070BC9”

Any help, please? Thanks.

An error occurred during the installation:Error 1935.

Hi,

If this kind of issue you find yourself into, then first restart your PC and then run the setup package.

If it still appears then you have to try other methods to fix the problem:

One of is trying to run the system update readiness tool which you can download from the Microsoft official website,

another method is repair or update the MS .Net framework, and

the next method are uninstall and reinstall the MS. Net framework from control panel->programs and features.

Try this and hope this will solve your problem.
