Hi,

An error occurred about plug in the bluetooth.  There are some instances that the Bluetooth device was not recognized by my computer. My dell computer with an operating system of windows 7 64 bit. I hope you can help me to keep my Bluetooth plug in working in my dell computer. Thank you

Hi,

Yes, there are some instances that the Bluetooth device was not recognized by the computer. Check the Bluetooth Settings, on the Discovery and Connections under Options Menu check the following:

•  Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer
•  Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer
• Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect

An error occurred about plug in the bluetooth.

Dear Thomas,

The first thing you should consider is updating your driver or download it form the Dell website. I think it is a main reason for this problem. or you may follow this guide to adjust your settings on your computer.

1.       Open control panel.

2.       Select change Bluetooth settings.

3.       Click on the options tab and make sure all of its items are working correctly.
