I’m using Thunderbird V3, Incredimail & Windows Live 2011 as my email clients, and I find difficulties in sending the emails.

Attached is a screenshot of my problem.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

It is probably e-mail scanning causing this problem. Depending on your AV program, you may require to reinstall it. Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a superfluous layer of shield that eats up CPUs, slows down sending and receiving, and causes a multitude of problems for example time-outs, account-setting changes and has even been accountable for loss of messages. Your latest A/V program will continue to guard you adequately. For more information visit:

Remember that for many AV programs, it may be important to uninstall the program, reinstall in Custom Mode, and uncheck e-mail scanning when the option is offered. Also, remember that WLMail has its own forum.
