Error message while activating a new keycode on Webroot

Hi,

While activating a new key code on Web root, I received an error message. A screenshot of the error is given below. It is indicating the Error: FZLC0056. Also says, invalid or unknown key code.

What is the reason behind the error message?

Please help.

Error message while activating a new keycode on Webroot

Hi,

According to the error message it is clear that the activation code you entered is invalid. You should try the following steps:

1. If you bought a c of the software then go to the seller and tell him about your problem. If the problem is genuine then he will replace your cd and you will get a new activation key.

2. If you downloaded it from the official website of webroot and they gave you the activation code, then contact them through email. They will reply back and if the problem is genuine then they will provide you a new activation code.

3. If you downloaded it from third party websites then contact them but there is no guarantee that you will get a new activation code from them.

So from the next time make sure you get software from the original licensor to avoid such problems.
