Error message when trying to exercise Copy and Rename Package

Hello Friends,

 

I have received an  error message at the time of trying to exercise Copy and Rename Package’ option. Nothing is right with that please give me some suggestion
 
 

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately.

Hello Joby,

The file you are trying to access is being used by another process (program). This means that the file is open and cannot be renamed or be altered in any way. You should restart your Computer and try after. If it doesn't work, you will have to press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to see the Task Manager. From there you need to find which process has this file opened and close it. After these steps are followed you will be able to alter the file by copy/renaming it.
