Error message when I open the MS Outlook

Hello,

I have this issue from past one week. When I open the MS outlook, I got the error message saying that: "Please wait while windows configures Microsoft Single Image 2010" and after that I get the option to restart and after that when I restart the outlook I am getting error message saying that:" Outlook must start in safe mode.

Now, I don't know what to do and how to get rid the issue. Can anyone suggest on this issue, so that I can solve my issue? I am using the Windows XP operating system.

Error message when I open the MS Outlook

These are the issues with the latest Microsoft outlook 2010. Try to contact the Microsoft help and support  for this. Because these errors are being coming for those tools which are interacting with Microsoft outlook 2010. It requires a pure uninstalling and installation of those tools again in your system. To know which all tools are interacting with your Microsoft outlook 2010 you need to use a utility which is available with Microsoft which they call it as fixit which will do the same what it has to do for recovering the ms outlook. So it is recommended to get back to Microsoft help and support team for the same.

Error message when I open the MS Outlook

Hi,

Please do the following to get rid of the problem:

1. Click Start>Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features.

2. Look for Microsoft Outlook and click Change.

3 Click Continue to Add/Remove feature.

4. Click on the little arrow attached to Microsoft Outlook and select Not Available.

5. Click Start> Run and type regedit> Click OK

6. Locate the key HKEY_CURRENT USER_Software/Microsoft/Office.

7. Search Outlook key by clicking Right-Click and delete it.

8. Search Outlook key under Office 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and delete keys.

9. Locate the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/Microsoft/office.

10. Repeat the steps 7 and 8

11. Close the registry editor.

12. Repeat the steps 1 and 3.

13. Click on the little arrow attached to Microsoft Outlook and select run all from your computer.

14. Try to open Outlook this time.

I think it works well.
