Error Message Unable To Connect the server

Hello all.

I found a problem while using the chernclient. For the past 4 hours I tested to do whatever I available on the forum but nothing goes fruitful for me,

 I keep getting this error message popping up a few seconds after starting chernclient.exe: “Unable to connect to the server”

 

We were unable to connect to the server. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection.

 

The server might be experiencing some problems, do you wish to start the client anyway?

 

I hope if someone advice me what to do, I already tested everything via all my internet security down completely etc.

nothing goes to work.

 

So now I need some sort of help.

Error Message Unable To Connect the server

If this is the first time it happened while attempting to start the game, try restarting your computer then try it again. If still nothing happened, try doing a clean installation of the game client just to restore it to its default configuration. Uninstall ChernClient Online then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities, or Norton SystemWorks. Install the game client again after this and then check if this fixes the problem.

If you are trying to play the game during peak hours, maybe this is the reason why your game client can’t connect to its server. Try it again after a couple of hours or maybe some other time and during off-peak hours.
