Error message: Socrates isn’t activated

Hey,

My apologies to keep asking questions but I have the test edition of Socrates and I triggered it on my website mymarketingmania. It was performing well earlier but now it says it isn't activated. I have only got it two times. When I switched it on it said I can't use that initial value because it was already used. However,says I need to initialize Socrates.

Sorry I don't have the solution, but wanted to share that I am in the same boat. 

I downloaded the free trial version and while it seemed to download fine, it says I need an activation code.

One thing I noticed on mine in the Themes Manager – even thought it says I downloaded version 2.3, when I pulled up the Socrates Layout style editor, it came up as version 2.2.

If you have any luck with this I would really appreciate an update in the forum – not sure when/if I'll hear back from tech support.
