Error message in respect of the Logos Bible Software

Hi,

I have received an error message in respect of the Logos Bible Software. I think it is ok.

But it is giving the error message as shown below. I tried to solve it but failed.

Please help me to solve the error.

Error Writing to file:

C:UsersBillAppDataLocalLogos4SystemEVRPresenter.dll.

Verify that you have access to that directory.

Error message in respect of the Logos Bible Software

Hello Dennis,

The error that you are getting could be caused by Avira as well as Webroot anti-virus. In case you have either of these you will need to check the following site for resolution details: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/44894/334454.aspx?ssi=0

Whether or not the problem is caused by the anti virus, you will need to repair Logos from Control Panel >> Programs and Features >> Logos 4. Right click and then choose Repair.
