Hello,
I am using Internet Explorer. I downloaded and installed AOL 9.6. But I am getting the following error every time I open IE.
"Cannot find file///C:Program%20Files/AOL%20Toolbar/welcome.html'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct"
I tried a lot of things to fix this issue. I have some idea of how things work in windows as I am an intermediate computer user.
But still I am unable to recover from this.
I'm waiting for a solution from you.

There is a process or program from your computer wants to access the file that is missing or deleted. There was probably file conflict during the time of updating Internet Explorer which is (Cumulative Security Update). So for you to fix this one, remove any internet explorer file from your computer, uninstall it, delete also I.E from your system registry then clean it by registry cleaner program.
You may try also to use Malwarebytes (can download it here https://www.malwarebytes.com/) to remove malware from your computer which may also be the cause of some computer abnormalities like that. After that, Install again to your computer latest internet explorer.
