Hi,

While running code collaborator this error shows up.

Can anyone tell why does this error occur? It appears whenever I try to install new software.

Hi,

You are receiving this error message as the installer could not find a user name called “Jcohen”. Make sure the user name that you typed in is correct. If this does not fix the issue, please remove all the files from your temporary folder and then try again.

You can also try installing the application in ‘Safe mode’.

If the above steps do not help you, please perform a system restore on your computer.
