Error in itunes Unknown error 13014

Hello guys,

I recently bought an IPod touch. When I try to run the iTunes it didn't start and popped up an error message that

UNKNOWN ERROR 13014

Here is the error message

The iPhone "iPhone" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13014).

OK

Please help me to come out of this headache.

Error in itunes Unknown error 13014

 

Solution 1

Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed.

 

Solution 2

Quit and reopen iTunes. If the issue continues, then restart your computer.

 

Solution 3

Quit iTunes, temporarily disable the anti-virus security software on your computer, then reopen iTunes and try to sync your device. If iTunes successfully syncs your iPhone or iPod touch, consult the anti-virus software vendor.

 

Solution 4

Turn off Genius in iTunes in the Genius sidebar (choose View > Hide Genius Sidebar).

Error in itunes Unknown error 13014

 

Hi there user:

Before anything else, please restart your iTunes. And if the error still there, be patient as you’ll need to download the iTunes Error Code 13014 repair Tool.  http://download.cnet.com/iTunes-Repair-Tool/3000-2169_4-10635516.html Just hit the ‘Scan’ button and it’ll detect the error code 13014. And you can now repair the 13014 error of your iTunes. Problem solved!
