When I am listing in MVL style, an error message is coming which says that:
eBay responded with the message.
Code is 21916626.
Short Message: It is required the Item specifics and Unique variation specific.
Long Message: Item specific and variation specific entered to Multi – SKU item must be different.
I don’t know what is meant by this? Please help me. Thanks in advance.
That is an error due to the item variations that you want to purchase from being insufficient in the eBay database, and therefore you may need to try some other time when the database has been updated. The listing of item variations in the database should be at least one with a nonzero quantity so as to remain active.
Purchasing the item will mean that the item has to be deleted from the listing and therefore the database will be blank for those variation of items. In case you need the item with agency, then it will be better if you contact the eBay customer support and let them fix the issue for you so that you can proceed with the transaction.
