Error installing Samsung Kies in Samsung c3300k

I was using Samsung c3300k.

And also, I already set up Samsung Kies so I just connect in to my mobile phone to my computer but the warning keep stating that "Please hold on while you are connecting."

I waited until it last for 5 minutes or less, the error is still there.

Anyone would like to assist me on how to fix it?

Error installing Samsung Kies in Samsung c3300k

You will need to restart your mobile phone, it may be stalling in its connection speed and there you will need to restart it so as to refresh the settings. You may also want to restart the computer for it may be freezing too and therefore causing the phone to take that long when loading.

In case you want to transfer files between the computer and the mobile phone, and you are trying to connect the Bluetooth network, then there might be a temporary problem with the Bluetooth connection.

And therefore I will suggest that if you have a cable you might want to consider establishing the connection using a cable.
