Error with IBM Lotus Notes Quickr

It has been my routine to take a look at my e-mail box user interface, refreshing my mailbox soon after my Notes 8.0.1 upgrade.

The New action button is not available to me for saving attachments to a Quickr place, I presume.  On choosing the Preferences menu item I faced an error message as follows:

“The specified database driver does not support this function.”

The status bar indicates this message: “qkr”: “NoCache”

In my opinion the "database driver" is regarding the "qkr" option in the @DbCommand: as I had an ndbqkr.dll file in the directory of Notes client program.

I had already installed the Quickr jointer on my computer so that I may check all my Quick options without any difficulty.

Have you ever met the problem like this? Have you any suggestion? Thanks so much.

If you have some difficulties on using Lotus Notes when you upgraded to version 8.0.1, try uninstalling and then reinstalling it to fix any corrupted files and to restore its settings back to default including some of the settings that you might have customized.
