Hi,
I cannot update my antivirus BitDefender for my laptop and I am tired of this error. Also I have mailed to the support and I didn’t receive an answer, and I don’t think I will. My Internet connection is working just fine and I don’t know from where this error comes. Any solution ? How can I make the updates ?

If you already contacted customer support then expect a reply soon. Like any other websites, contacting customer support normally takes days before they make a reply. This is normal maybe because of the volume of emails they received. If you didn’t received a reply then consider your message ignored just like what normally happens to most of my complaints.
If your message was ignored, fix the problem yourself. Since the problem is only related to the updating of the antivirus, check your internet connection. If you are updating your antivirus during peak hours or at night, try doing it during off-peak hours or at day time. There is always a good connection during off-peak hours.
If you still can’t update, there is probably something wrong with your antivirus. If you still have its installer, reinstall it. Uninstall it, restart your computer, and then install it back. In case you no longer have the installer, you can still download it from Bitdefender 10 Free Edition. Unfortunately, this is a very old antivirus and it only supports Windows XP and Windows Vista.
