Error in Commonstore CSXPST has occurred

Hello experts,

While I start cspxst.exe, the following error message is displayed:

The commonstore error was:

Error number: 1112

Error description: you do not have the permission to access the mailbox of the PST owner.

Error source: IntiHandler

If the error persists, ask your administrator for advice.

How could I solve this problem? Please help.

Error in Commonstore CSXPST has occurred

Hello John,

This is a very common error and the reason of the error is Outlook 2003 and CSX task is running together in your system. Outlook does not allow running CSX task together with him.

To solve this error what you can do is run CSX task and csxpst in different system or if you are forced to run them in same system you can run CSX task as a service in background.
