The MS Security Essentials was working properly without any problem. With the diagnostic process with other application I had to delete the MSE from the computer. After the resolve of that program I have re-installed the MS Security Essential. But I am not able to install the same and it gives error message.
Please help me to fix the problem.
I will thankful for all help and support.

You shouldn't get any Microsoft Security Essentials installation error if everything is fine. You can't install Microsoft Security Essentials if:
First, you have another antivirus installed.
Second, you could not remove the previous antivirus properly.
Third, your Windows Installation is not genuine.
Forth, your copy of Windows Installation is lower than 3.1
and lastly the Windows Installation Service is not running.
However, Microsoft Security Essentials comes as a complete installation package unlike AVG that gives you only the installation initiator. While Microsoft Security Essentials easily installs, AVG takes time to download and install each component separately. Only if your copy of MSE installation package meets any of the above mentioned, you get the Microsoft Security Installation Error 0x80070643.
