Error code: “V-19-310-1-29 in enabling SMTP server name

Hello folks!

An error has been triggered after trying enabling SMTP server name in Notification Configuration Properties. I got the error code: “V-19-310-1-29 “with an error message “The exchange server you specified cannot be found. Verify that the Exchange server is available and that the name is correct, and then try again.”

I have attached a screenshot image of the problem. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Error code: “V-19-310-1-29 in enabling SMTP server name

Hi there!

This is error will occur if both MAPI and SMTP are enabled and then MAPi is not configured correctly. I'm not sure about this but I've found something that may help you. Now, follow these instructions in order to resolve the problem:

1. Go to Tools, then select Email and Pager notification.

You will see this after:

2. Click on MAPI Configuration Tab. At the left side you'll see an Enable option.Uncheck it.

3. Go back to the SMTP Config tab and enter the new SMTP details.

4. Apply and click OK.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, try to restart your computer and try again.
