Hi Pro,

I am all time winamp user, whenever I start my system first thing will be opening the winamp. Yesterday I faced an error message while trying to play a song in winamp. In the past I never experienced this type of error in winamp. Any problem in winamp, do I need to re-install? Whether it is asking for an update? Please make me clear. Thanks.

Error code 80070057 while creating DirectSound buffer

Hello,

This error is occurring because of a misconfigured sound driver. Possibly your sound driver is, somehow, become corrupted so this trouble is happening.

I suggest you to uninstall any older sound drivers and install Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs.

Also, try installing the latest Winamp. Download Winamp from here.
