Error Cannot sign in to Lync

Hi there,

I don’t know why but for 2 day I cannot sing in to Lync. I have this error and I don’t know how to manage it. I have updated Lync to the latest version and also my PC is updated. Any solution ? My Internet connection is good so what could be the problem ?

Error Cannot sign in to Lync

This problem is a client issue and not a network problem or an authentication issue though it sounds like a problem in the network because the user cannot sign in to his or her account. Receiving the error “there was a problem acquiring a personal certificate required to sign in” generally means the cached or stored credentials or certificates are either corrupted or expired.

To fix this, clear the cached credentials or certificates and then flush the DNS. To help a user better troubleshoot the issue, visit Troubleshooting Lync Sign In for Users. Since the problem here is related to a personal certificate or credential that is needed to sign in, the user may need to delete cached sign in data in case the user’s sign address has just changed.

Visit Lync Online Users Certificate Related Errors, expand “Resolution for Lync 2010”, and then run “Fix it”.
