Hi all,

I am starting doing my research work. My first move is to look for related site with my research work  and when I found some sites, I will bookmark it with my Internet Explorer. When one of the sites that I am about to bookmark, I meet an error that unable me to bookmark it, I pasted below the exact screen shot.

I am wondering when I can paste in other sites without any error( for me bookmarking a page seems very easy task)that I meet an error.  Thinking it might be my bookmarks overload, so I deleted some useless bookmark, but still the same error appeared. Is there a site that prevents a user to bookmark it?

Hi.

Go to the selected web page which one you need to add to your bookmark , go to the favorite menu then click Add to favorites. Then you will get add to favorite window just type new name of the web page after that step click on ok.

Another method:

  • Copy the favorite from XP.
  • Start Internet Explorer select file menu – Import /. Export
  • Then import /export windows will appear to you.

Now you can easily import a web page to your favorite folder.

Otherwise click favorite menu

–         Click add to favorite

–         Ok to add general list

–         Ok  to add existing folder

–         Click new for create new folder then new folder name

–         Press Ok
