Error 404 in Updating ERO with ATX 2011

I am encountering problem with ATX 2011. I am getting an Error 404 when trying to update ERO app.

I heard that the server will be down for the whole month of January 2012.

Is this the reason why I am getting this error?

If not, how can I fix this?

Is there any other alternative ways to update ERO?

Receiving Acknowledgements

Disconnecting from EFC

Error: The Transmission can’t continue due to a sever error.
Error: The Server returned status 404: Not found.

Error 404 in Updating ERO with ATX 2011

2011 ATX system requirements:

• Pentium 2GHz or faster processor
  • Windows XP 32-bit or 64-bit Service Pack 3
  • Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit Service Pack 1
• 2 GB RAM or more recommended
• 32x CD or DVD optical drive
• 1024 x 768 screen resolution
• 16-bit high color SVGA video card or higher recommended
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
• Internet connection
• Email account with file attachment support
• Laser printer
• File backup system like an external hard drive, CD-R, DVD-R

If you are sure that the server will be down for the whole month of January 2012 then this could be the reason why the application cannot reach the server and a 404 status error is generated.

404 means the destination is irresolvable or unreachable. Just try checking the website every now and then so you will know when the server will be up already.
