I got an email today. I was excited to open it. I read the content and it says: “As a token of our appreciation for your continued patience, we’d like to give you another free gift – Fix-it Utilities. “ And including is the serial number which started with SSNA. Is it possible to have this serial without using alphanumeric keys on every four digits? And there is also a link to download the program. Here is the link given. I instantly download and installed the program and entered the serial number. To my surprise, it is not acceptable. Why is it so? Does anyone here who happens to have the same issue as mine? Did you get the same email from Nuance? Kindly share your ideas on this. Thanks.

Email from Nuance with Fix-It Utilities Serial Number

Well, if you had subscribed for such alerts from nuance, then the email and the details that they send you should be able to work. So you should check that you are entering the serial number well, no spelling mistakes or leaving white spaces out when entering it.

But in case you do not remember subscribing to any alerts of software from nuance, then I will warn you to be careful of the  messages that you get on your email address, especially those whose sender you do not know. They may be spam mails that have viruses and other malware attached and executing them might even crash your computer.
