Efficiency of data in arcgis for office download

I learned that it Esri maps are good for grouping sales, etc when it comes to business. And to use these so called Esri maps, we need arcgis for office download. The problem that I have encountered with this is that the data gets mixed up with the other places on the maps. An example is that, the data I have entered specifically for Columbus sales gets mixed up with the Dayton data. Should I re-download ArcGIS for this to work properly?

The problem you have encountered that the data gets mixed up with the other places on the maps. Naturally the common people do not face such problem. May be there is a problem in the software installation.  Its wise to reinstall it. Fell free and reinstall it. Hope by this you can solve your problem.
