Hello everyone!
When you try to sequence the Dynamics AX 2012 client with the App-V 4.6 Service Pack 1 sequencer on Windows 7 or Windows 2008 R2, you will notice that the Sequencer crashes with the below error.
How do we fix this?
SFTSequence.exe – Application Error
The instruction at 0x76f5e803 referenced memory at 0x89560024. The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

Hello Jose,
That error can be caused by many things. It is a generic process used by MANY different programs on your system.

In the event that you recently loaded a new printer / scanner or other device with software, you will need to uninstall and see if that will resolve the issue.

Get an application called "Absolute Startup" , and then install it.

After that go to Services section and then look through the list.

You can see the many services that use the svchost.exe to start and resolve the issue for those that might be causing it.
