Hello,

Recently, I downloaded DVD Fab connected to the internet and when I attempted to install the setup an error message displayed. Now I am trying to resolve this issue with many ways but I can’t do it without an expert’s advice. Please suggest me the proper instructions. Thanks in advance.

Allow DVDFab to access the internet.

DVDFab is going to check if there is a new version.

 

If you have firewall software installed, please configure it to allow DVDFab to access the internet.

Hi,

If you are using any antivirus program, disable the same or allow the program to access the internet. Turn off the Windows firewall as shown:

Go to Start menu to choose Control panel, click Firewall and choose "turn off" option.

Now start installing the program, it will check for previous versions then will install.

  1. Choose the destination location to install.
  2.  Check mark these options according to your requirement.
  3.  Let the program install and restart the PC when done.
