During installation error message appears

Hello,

During installation this error message appears.

Can you help me install my program?

Installation Incomplete.

A problem prevented the installer from completely setting up Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security.

No changes have been made to your computer. Please restart the installer to finish installing the software or check for more solutions online. (Error code: #1603, 1003, 0x000)

During installation error message appears

Hi,

If you see the message, please close the following application:

1. MS Outlook.

2. Outlook Express.

Now run the installer again. This time it should be fine.

If the problem persists, remove other Security Software and old Trend Micro Software before installing Trend Micro Titanium. Because, this message appears when the installer can't remove all or some files of your old security software.

Please do the above mentioned tasks and fix the problem.

Dear User

Follow these exact steps to fix your problem,

For those who are encountering the same issue, you can follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to Add/Remove programs (Programs and Features in Vista/7)

2. Look for Microsoft C++ Redistributable then Uninstall

3. Restart computer

4. Look for the installer file of Trend Micro Titanium

5. Extract the file or run the installer file first until you see the Trend Micro Titanium extracted folder

6. Open the folder then look for Vizor32/Vizor64 folder

7. Search and run vcredist.msi

8. Install/Run the Setup for Titanium

 

 

Thank you hopefully this will fix your problem.
