Dragon Age Software: Error on Entering the Product Key

I'm trying to install Dragon Age in my laptop. When asked for the product key during the setup, I enter the product key Dragon Age has with the installation CD. But after that, it would ask me again for the key, insisting that the key that I entered was incorrect. How could I fix this problem?

Dragon Age Software: Error on Entering the Product Key

Hello,

You have to find a serial number before install Dragon Age Origins that came with the program. Dragon Age Origins needs a unique serial number which never uses before. If your Dragon Age Origins is still installed there may be a way to find it. You also might be able to find Dragon Age Origins if you've uninstalled the program but only if the serial number information was left in the Windows.

Dragon Age Software: Error on Entering the Product Key

Hi,

The CD of dragon age which you buy will be provided two product keys for it. One will be for dragon age and the second one will be for dragon age ultimate. Make sure first of fall that you are putting right product keys in the right popup windows and check also that you are not typing it wrong.
