To download the J2ME for bada OS you need to know that this is a JAD file you are looking for and this file can be use in Samsung mobile.
To have this file you have to go to the Google and start searching and do not take the unregistered or demo version. This is only for Samsung mobile OS and for this purpose this is free.
There are many site providing this and as a freeware.
