Does Crystal Report need a license just to read.?

Suppose that 15 of our users with separate computers are required to open files using Crystal Reports, is it still necessary to have the application licensing for each of the 15 computers even if they need not make reports and only read them?

Does Crystal Report need a license just to read.?

I guess the Crystal Report application has something called info analyzer, which I guess it is a viewing tool which you can install on the users machines so that you can purely use it to view the saved data that is within the crystal report, but the it will require that somebody to generates the data first so that to save it. When it comes to the issue with licenses, that is what I am not sure if they are required for the viewing tool. But to establish that you just contact the customer support, or you can as well look for the documentation of that application and look for such details in there.
