Good day.

Nowadays Android TV box are going craze in chinese market. more and more company produce this kind of device. I would like to ask. What is the best Android tv box available in the market today and Does this device can be rooted and even modified? Even upgrade its firmware?

Does an Android TV box can be rooted or modified?

Android TV Box RK2918 with 4x USB is one of the best in the market. Blue and black colors are the latest versions of this Android Box. It has no Android TV logo but the importance is that it has a 4x USB. It’s easy to upgrade the Box. Here are the steps. First, download firmware from Uploaded.to, added new mirror. 

Second, copy update image on your SD card root and insert SD card into your Android Box. Start the Box and wait for few seconds for the update dialog. When prompted press Confirm Update. Wait still while because the Box will restart and while it is performing the update. Finally, you already have an uprooted Box
