The documents do not show up on the print window

I am shifting from “Windows Vista” to “Windows 7” recently. I am using a printer “HP Photosmart C6150” Initially It was working very well, but now I am facing a problem to get the print. I uninstall & install successfully the “latest HP Windows 7 64 bit software package” many times to fix this issue.

But the same problem of not printing and not even in the queue exists.  When I attempted to use the “HP Printer diagnostic utility” it even doesn’t recognize the printer.

Please help me to resolve the problem.

Hi,

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the step by step instructions, and do NOT leave or skip any step:

1. First of All disconnect the Printers USB cable

2. Select the HP from the program list and click on Un Install, and follow the instructions to remove the printer

3. Now download a special utility to REMOVE the old printer driver, which is causing all this issue. To download use this:    

4. Double click the downloaded file and Remove the drivers.

5. Now Re-Install using the software / driver downloaded by you

Windows 7 is one of the powerful XP in the computer world. it is so dangerous for weak pc or little processor, if you work in the other XP or vista you can work easily and firstly.

But everyone like the windows 7 XP if you want to work with it your pc will be get slow sometime you cannot find your important file or location.

But if you follow this you can get this

1  First of all disconnect the printers USB cable,

2  Select the program list and click on Un Install, and follow the instructions to remove the printer,

3  Now download a special utility to REMOVE the old printer driver, which is causing all this issue.

4  Double click the downloaded file and Remove the drivers.

5  Now Re-Install using the software for downloaded by you.
