Please help,
When I’m working on some project and try to save it or sometimes it just happen, I received message like stating that my disk is damaged or corrupted.
I can’t also render anymore upon through export.
What do I need to do for me to fix this?

These are common bugs associated to After Effects. Try checking your permissions by going to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall. This is to make sure that online updates are being updated regularly. You can also right-click on the After Effects logo and check the permissions of the software. Make sure the read and right permission is checked. If this does not work, try fixing the software using the disk utility. Go to the Disk Utilities in Control Panel and run verify disk.
If an error appears after verification, you can fix it using the CD installer of adobe After Effects. reboot your computer and use Disk Repair. Follow the given procedures from the disk utility. After that, reboot your computer and try using the program again.

This is error related to your hard-drive. You should run on the start-up drive „Verify disk“ from disk utilities/first aid. If that find any error, you should run disk utilities from the OSX installation disk so that you could repair those errors.
