I am a newbie web developer and currently working on music website.

I want to know if it is possible to disable real player right click menu for online media on web.

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Disabling Real player right click menu on web.

Hello Lorin,

For sure it is possible to remove the RealPlayer right click menu on the web.

Note that WMP integrates itself in all of the Windows shell.

The following simple procedure will help you remove the WMP integration.

• On your computer, you will need to click Start,
• And then you will click Run.
• After that you will need to type in regsvr32 /u wmpshell.dll,
• And the click Enter

The above process will get rid of the media player related right-click context menu options as well as other WMP integration.

The downside to this is that you may not be able to set WMP as your default media player after that.
