Difficult to have java midi routeur, any idea?

I tried software to download java midi router with no result; it takes minutes and doesn't start, please i need your help.

Difficult to have java midi routeur, any idea?

If you are planning to install and use java midi router and you are having a hard time downloading the installer, maybe you are downloading it from the wrong site. I tried searching the web for this program and luckily I was able to find a page that offers a download of this program. The page was actually from a Japanese website and I was only able to access the cached page which is in English language. To download the java midi router, visit JUGEM — Gerber blog — Download java midi router.

The file I think is in a ZIP file so you need to have a file extractor like WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the contents of the compressed file.
