If you are planning to install and use java midi router and you are having a hard time downloading the installer, maybe you are downloading it from the wrong site. I tried searching the web for this program and luckily I was able to find a page that offers a download of this program. The page was actually from a Japanese website and I was only able to access the cached page which is in English language. The file I think is in a ZIP file so you need to have a file extractor like WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the contents of the compressed file.
