Did not receive Trillian log Notification

Why I don't receive from Trillian log notification? What's the problem behind this? Is this a bug from Trillian or is it because of me? I'm a little worried about this because it might lead me to miss some important conversations. Any suggestions?

Did not receive Trillian log Notification

Hi Donald,

There are several problems when you didn't get log notification your question is incomplete you didn't told in question which device you're using for example.

Desktop (windows or Mac).

Tablets or cell phone (iPhone, Black berry).

Anyhow you have to visit Trillian web site the easy way or give the complete information for further assistance.

Did not receive Trillian log Notification

Hi Ferrari Donald,

All you have to do is;

Go to the Preferences then click Sounds and Notifications section.

From there you can check or uncheck the boxes regarding on what notifications you want to be notified.

There are also some Additional Options there, just make sure that everything under the Notifications is checked properly.
