Certutil.exe is a program of command-line which is a part of Certificate Services. It helps you to display and dump CA configuration info, verify certificates and certificate chains, configure services, and backup the CA components. If Certutil is running on a CA without extra parameters, it displays the current CA configuration. If it is running on non-CA, it is defaulted to run on dump verb. Certutil command uses many verbs like DUMP, ASN, encode, etc.
